Pete, Neil and the team at JEH Taranaki St are amazing! Made us feel at ease and not pushy into buying a new car. Very respectful and patient whilst we asked lots of Qns. I know they will provide great after care service and we would recommend everyone in the market for a new car test drive at JEH Taranaki St and buy a vehicle from them! Superb customer care!
Recently walked in off the street looking for a new car. Tim assisted us, he was very genuine, honest and happy to assist in anyway. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to know every car. He took interest and asked what we wanted out of a car, what accessories were important etc. rather then trying to upswell us to the most expensive car he wanted to find something to suit our needs. The whole process was so easy, we were able to trade in for a decent price, we were short on time so he even bought the car to our house so we could test drive it and his communication was great. Would highly recommend Tim and the team. Thanks!
These guys are expensive but they do a really good job honestly so it is worth it to pay the money once for a difficult job. If you have a Holden with electrical problems, these are your people it seems.
Called up asking for my first service and a towbar installed. They called me back saying yip Friday we can have it all done ready to go. Dropped it off 8am, got a call saying done, picked it up no hassles. Many companies get the basics wrong and forget to call back or deliver on promises, but not these people. Cheers and cya next time

We had a sudden engine light fault on 23 December. Peter and the team were able to get it up on the hoist within an hour and had us back on the road before the end of the day. Absolutely went the extra mile and took the time to explain what they had done and what the overall condition of our vehicle is in. Highly recommend
