my partner paid for his ticket at the pay station. he went to go out but the machine wouldn't take it. the operator said he owed 50 cents. on a hot day with our young daughter he was forced to drive back in, take her out of the car, go to the pay station and try to pay the extra 50 cents but pay station wouldn't take it. he went back to the operator who gave him a new ticket and charge of 50 cents. he went paid for the 50 cents on the new ticket and tried to leave but the machine again wouldn't take it. the operator opened the barrier after that after a lot of hassle. this whole experience made my partner very upset. you really need to upgrade your systems.

The parking is terrible and it is hard to find a spot.

Carrington Rd Box Hill. You cannot book online and use your bankcard to get in and out. Wilson is behind the times. Since shoppers have to be charged the moment they set foot (tyres?) on the car park, the level of service should be improved.

We parked here to attend a medical appt at Box Hill Hospital, when we returned I inserted the parking ticket in a pay station just inside the main doors - The machine said $30 but for some reason wouldn't accept the credit card - so we walked to the car and drove to the exit gate, inserted the parking ticket again and the total had gone from $30 to $41 in a matter of 2 minutes - Daylight robbery Mr Wilson!

Sunday was free to park...from july 16, they will start to charge parking on sunday too.
