Signage is not clear for visitors looking to park for short durations. You will invariably end up getting fined $88 for parking in a 'permit zone'. Customer service was extremely rude when I called with a simple suggestion to make the signage clearer.

I would grade it lower if i could. Machine ate my money without providing a ticket. Took 4 weeks of fighting to get reimbursed.

Worse ever. will not even recommend to enemy Got double charged on credit card, lodged a complaint, after 4 days they refused to refund. Worse part is their operations manager was most rude and arrogant person I ever spoke. Even after understanding the whole case he accused me of not acting fast, I should have checked my bank account at that spot and should called their technical team. How stupid. Does anyone do this ever to check credit card after every single transaction? He is simply refusing to refund because he can. Never ever go their
