Used this private car park whilst visiting the busy dining strip in Box Hill. The entry was clean and well lit, the goose neck doesn't issue tickets, you enter with a credit/debit card scan which is better for the environment. Pricing was reasonable and signs were clear on how to exit the carpark as a pedestrian. Unfortunately getting back down to the car park as a pedestrian was not quite as clear cut. The elevator and stairs door entry were locked without any signage on how to get back down. Does the carpark close at 7 or 9pm now? Are the Google hours accurate?
Car got locked in 10 minutes after 7pm. Luckily a very nice bloke opened the gate for us. However, we definitely won't come back. The car parking opening hours sign was too small to read when we entered so we didn't know. Make the sign bigger!
If you don’t have a reserved parking place, don’t come here, especially in the working days. This morning I come here at 0830 and I couldn’t find any casual parking, which wasted me 15 minutes. And I find the exit is not very safe because it’s very narrow and steep. You cannot notice the pedestrians until you are blocking the pedestrian path and very close to the danger. However, if you work in this building, it’s not a bad choice though. The parking fee is reasonable, but the problem is you cannot find a place to park you car as a casual customer.
My car got locked in and they cant even get anyone to get it out. Little did i know that this car park closes at 7pm. P.s i was at the car park at 6.55pm and the car park was already closed.????? I Called up ace parking and they say its private car park and they cant do anything. So i had No one to assist me and i had to wait Find a motel to stay overnighr till 6am and miss my flight to the airport. I had to retrive the car the nxt day. To manager I couldnt even contact the emergency contact manager because no one is picking up the phone. Customers should be able to contact you in case of an emergency. Or u guys should have a system inplaced incase of a situation like this. Also 6am to 7pm signs are not visible!!!! Make this signs bigger!!
The car park is spacious but because the building above is a very large office building with hundreds of people inside the carpark is usually full before 9:30am. It costs just under $7 a day for parking as of June 30, 2017
Impossible to get a spot after 9:30am, but, still worth a try, you never know. Free spots in the afternoon. I find the all day price not bad especially I work up there. The entrance ramp is pitch black, please fix the lightings.
Don't bother trying to find parking after 9:00, even 8:45 for some days. Prices are also a scalping, considering there are cheaper alternatives, with greater access and better ease of use across the road.
Parking is neat, secure and affordable .. its only backdraw is the limited lots .. I had to reach Cambridge Street Parking to get a space. It's ok anyway, keep on with the good work.
Ticket Machine doesn't work well, doesnt allow cash payments. phone setup is buggy. structure design is wonky, expect to find yourself doing an "austin powers" steering
Don't park on level B2 unless you have an ACE Specific permit or you will get fined, even if you buy a ticket out of the nearby machine as it doesn't count as valid on B2. A lot of people get caught out by this, myself included.
