Such a beautiful Salon with welcoming staff!! I'm always very indecisive and give the hairdresser an idea of what I want then ask them to do what they think would suit me. I'm so happy with the results!! Caresse was my stylist - strongly recommend her and the Salon in general!

Highly recommend Willow and their fab staff! Willow is a lovely, relaxing place to be and the staff are genuine, fun and friendly. I felt listened to - they resolved a bad colour job I had from another hairdresser, who didn’t listen and rushed the job. So it was great to be given time and attention and access to the skills of the staff... and the great product range at Willow. My colour has lasted beautifully, is toned perfectly for my complexion and I love my cut as well. Advice for after care and styling is hugely appreciated also. Thank you Willow!
Always a fantastic experience with these girls. The massage at the beginning of the service is a great way to start. I like my colour to look quite natural and they always manage to achieve a smooth, great match. Since moving to Newcastle last year, I had been unable to find anyone else closer to home that manages to perfect such a sharp & easy to wear cut. Will definitely be making the trip back down to Sydney to continue seeing the Willow team moving forward!
I have tried other salons but have never found the cuts to be as high quality as at Willow. I always see Casey as she has an amazing eye for detail and was brilliant when I wanted to take my very long, very thick, wavy hair to an extremely short length. Two years later and trims every 6 weeks! and I'm still getting compliments from random strangers and enquiries about where I got it done. Although I don't get any colour in my hair, the colour work I've seen them do is fantastic and always natural looking. I cannot recommend Willow and Casey especially highly enough.
I had been recommended Willow Hair Salon Seaforth and Manly by friends that go to both salons. I had been seeing my own hairdresser for 10yrs, so naturally I was nervous to try a new salon. On arrival I received a beautiful essential oil head and neck massage. I was overly pleased with the whole service and how welcoming the atmosphere of Willow is. Using all natural products made it a nicer experience having to sit in a salon for a couple of hours having your hair coloured, without the over-powering toxic fumes. My stylist even showed me great ways to style my hair at home. I now will be recommending it to friends.
I couldn’t be happier with my decade of service from Willow. From the friendly faces that greet you when you arrive, to the offer of a beverage & biscuit, to an amazing neck massage with gorgeous products all before they even start.. I’ve gone from long to short to curly to straight from platinum to warmer tones and I always walk away not only happy but excited and impressed.. Whenever I have a function to go to, the girls fit me in for a wash n blow dry & style. .. I’m always asked where I get my hair done.. Casey & her team are fabulous...
Completely unhappy with my experience here. What I asked for and what I got were not the same thing, my requests were not listened to at all. They just did their own thing and really damaged my hair in the process. Having gone in there with long hair that was in really good condition and with what were clear images of what I wanted a grown-up vibrant red colour with a touch of rose gold ends, that somehow turned into being this crazy dark purple/blue colour throughout my whole head that isn't suited to me at all. I went back a second time for them to fix it and walked out with neon purple hair. Pretty much all of my hair faded into an awful electric blue colour that would not wash out. This was not at all what I asked for and I would have never asked for something so high maintenance. Definitely feel like that's $300 down the drain. My hair has lost all of its shine, lustre and is now extremely damaged. I bought a supermarket dye to get back to the red colour that I had initially asked for today and now have to go to another salon to get it fixed up. As former beauty editor, I review these type of experiences as my job, and never have I ever been so unhappy with what a stylisthas done with my hair, nor has it ever been so damaged. A word of warning. Lovely Add to this, they don't use heat lamps so you'll be sitting there for hours. Needless to say I won't be returning.
