Bec at Dome is by far the best colourist I have been to, my hair always looks healthy and beautiful, I’m always getting compliments. I travel all the way from castle hill to see her for all my hair care needs, she’s that good. Could not recommend Bec or Dome hair salon in manly enough.
This place rocks, always happy with my styles and color. Bec always deliver the goods... You want a quality cut and color i guarantee you wont be dissapointed.
I was visiting the lovely Dome team on a weekly basis for a blow dry. The girls suggested I try a Keratin treatment. I have had a couple over the years at other hair salons and had not been happy with the result, but the Keratin treatment at Dome really works. I have not been back for a weekly blow dry since.
Worst salon I've ever been to. The customer serve and level of care is attrotious, the staff mostly are transient travellers who couldn't care less and the owner seems pretty disinterested, not caring much about what's happening in her salon. So if your looking for a good hairdresser to stick with this is not the place, don't bother! I went in to have my blonde roots done with their best colourist, she did not get the bleach on fast enough and overlapped already bleached hair, this caused large areas of my hair to break off. The breakage was so extreme that there was no fixing it, I shaved my head the very next day, no hair was better the mess I was left with. When I spoke with the owner and she agreed to refund me and took my bank account details. However she never followed through with the refund. I have since tried to speak with her and follow it up, only to find out from her staff that she's changed her mind about the refund and unavailable to speak to me about it. Not exactly what you call good customer service or professionalism from a business owner. Very bad experience, wouldn't wish this salon on anybody.
I have been working with Beccy and her team recently doing some photography at their busy studio in Manly. I find them to be down to earth, welcoming and helpful. Absolutely lovely people to be around.
Lovely experience, all the staff are so friendly! I got my hair dyed blonde at dome and couldn't be happier with the results! Would highly recommend!
