It was pretty disappointing really. Very hot room, with no air con. The street noise was terrible, it was a Saturday night on a main road but I would of thought they would have better quality double glazing to remove some of the noise. My biggest issue though was actually the staff member at the desk, he has no customer service skills what so ever. He never smiled, didn't make eye contact, it felt really uncomfortable trying to talk to him as he seemed so unfriendly. I was just really surprised he works front of house.The bond was $50, parking was $15, When we went to check out, we had him again. I said I guess I get $35 back then and handed him my credit card expecting money put back on instead he took the $15 off, maybe it's their policy to return the full $50 instead of what I requested?  I stood there awkwardly waiting for him to explain when I would get my bond back. He just gestured that we were done.  So we left, I will keep checking my credit card this week but he really should of told me when to expect it, I didn't want to ask as I felt a bit foolish like I was meant to understand the process already. We won't be coming back. PS if the hotel is wondering who served us, he was a French man.

Beautifully fresh and clean. Comfortable firm bed. Good desk. Good luggage shelf and hanging system for clothes. Basic bathroom.

I did not notice when I booked that there was no A.C.! And it was hot. Clean enough but showing signs of age. Front desk were very nice at both check in and departure.

Enjoyed staying here. Room very tidy and had everything I needed. Could have done with a fan or something for when it is hot. Parking is very tight. Limited parking spaces, can be very tricky to get into and out of.

Service was good, room was as expected. They found a fan for us after we asked them if there were any (during a fan shortage). Only downside was a small drain in the washroom floor that had a bad odour.
