I would like to address my concern to the Department of housing in Cairns for misinterpreted my side of the story regarding my current housing application. A week ago I got a private phone call from a customer service representative who works for the department of housing she said asked me couple of personal questions just to update my file I gave her all the relevant information which was asked then she said to me where are you currently residing now I told I'm in NSW on holiday she said to me you need to be in Queensland so that your application can still be current i said yes I'm making my way back up to Cairns then she said to me I will have cancelled your housing application because you're are actually in NSW she didn't even follow work place policy and procedures responsibility, she had know idea about all the challenges I been through in the last 10 year I was homeless going through psychological issues I was faced with trauma, stress, emotional abuse regarding my sexualities and also appearence which been a minor impact on my lifestyle this also affected my journey path which I also came across and faced obstacles, complication and differculties because of my life experiences. I want to take this opportunity to advise the housing customer representative thank you for not listening to my concern where is your duty of care to First nation people of Australia I guess you follow work place policy and procedures in professional manner and thank you again for your moral standard and ethical considerations.
Just another bogan qld department that doesnt do their job. Avoid conducting business in Qld, they are bogans who dont honour contracts or quotes.
This is a sustainable building with low emissions. It is well designed and brings together many state government services into the one building.
They try there best... Nothing is easy, you have to try and show them you are trying aswell. Then go from there. Only yourself can make yourself happy.
Collects thousands of dollars for no intentions of providing services.
