All I wanted was to make an appointment without having to go in and sit for over an hour now I have to go into Centrelink and say no appointment and I know it is an easy fix for them.
Professional, friendly staff. Plenty of space. No problems parking.
How could you lot be so incompetent. I try and make simple requests only to find out claims haven't even gone through, which means I know have to call up, which is even worse and ask why the claim that I spent 3 hours waiting at centrelink for hasn't gone through
The newly updated building of the the services which has both the Centrelink and Medicare offices combined. It's spacious with lots of waiting spaces. There are numerous computers set up for self service. Overall a nice experience, so far.
Really scary confronting uncomfortable experience walking into this place. My family did not feel at all comfortable. Somewhat pretty, very organised. But odd. Very odd.
Awful service! Staff are rude. Long waits for unhelpful advice.
"Can't judge a book by its cover." New facilities same old Centrelink, rules made up as they go no matter what the paperwork says to do... The two heavies on the door make it intimidating.
Lovely people, but the place is a nightmare to find. Needs prominent signage on the street!
Friendly staff and service was quick.
Always helped when they can.
