About 15 months ago I began purchasing an item from Wilkinson's that I had been unable to find else where. I have months between purchases and have been served by different people. Today I called to see if they had the item I required and was informed the item would need to be ordered. Before I could give my name the person I was speaking to asked if it was me (Using my first name), then when I confirmed it was they then used my last name which was also correct. I appreciated the fact Wilkinson's staff make you feel you are more than just someone they have to deal with and take the time to make you feel you are important. Wilkinson's Pharmacy offer good old fashioned customer service. I would like to thank Cindy for making my day.
