Super friendly staff helped me with my issue

They wouldn't give my daughter her prescription at the pbs price  had to pay full price and said that her crn number isn't valid. Just spent an hour in centrelink and it is valid. Won't be going there again

I went into Terry White at Burnie for my flu shot and was told that if I spend more than $20 in-store on purchases I would qualify for 1000 points on my membership card, I spent over $60 on the day so I know I definitely qualified, I  have rang the store twice to say I haven't been given my points and 5 months later I am STILL waiting for them to honor my purchases of over $60 on the day, I don't know why I bothered.

Excellent service, my local chemist would not deliver my scripts during the covid shutdown, but for this chemist it was no problem, they are eager to please which is refreshing to say the least. Top class chemist.

Very friendly, great service, good prices! I go out of my way to go to Terry White Cooee. Very helpful and they stock alot or will get it for you.

Excellent service  nothing to much trouble  for staff easy parking

Went down there early the other day on an urgent and stressful schedule.The chemist saw me out the front,came and opened up and that 20 minutes early helped me immensely, much appreciated and will be trying to shop there more.
