Wait times for scripts are up to an hour and usually at least half an hour. Staff are friendly but clearly overworked and stressed. I use this option only if getting items with a large price difference. It was a great pharmacy prior to rebranding and combining with the other pharmacy.

This is no longer "Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse". Since the rebranding/take-over they are regularly out of stock and some things have increased significantly in price. I'll be going back to ordering stuff online.

To Miss Heather Ward, thank you for your feedback. The reason why we ask our patients questions is so we can provide the best possible advice and care. S3 drugs are powerful medications on prescription that pharmacists can supply to patients (when the pharmacist deems it appropriate), hence the name 'pharmacist only'. These drugs are generally provided in emergencies when patients can't see their doctor. Unfortunately it has become a common perception that these strong drugs are freely available on request. In the pharmacy we ask for identification so that we can correctly identify the patient in our dispensing system and ensure that their medical records and history are up to date and that the patient or carer is being counselled appropriately on their use. We care about our patients and want them to be and stay healthy that's why we ask questions.. not to be annoying.

I like the pharmacy and the staff are fabulous but I really wish you would keep your stock up. I realise that we are on an island and there can be issues with transport at times but for goodness sake there is such a thing as stock control. I have for instance returned week after week to find the Natio lip balm niche unfilled; the same with the Millennium Vitamin C with Hesperidin Complex powder (large size) and today when I went buy a 7 day pill box there seemed to be about a total of 6 items (none of which was what I required) on a stand designed to accommodate about 40(?) These are by no means isolated incidents either. We used to have the option of Priceline in town as well. If you are going to be the BIG pharmacy in town, please stock what you promise.
