Went there for family dinner. Food quality was below average. Pad Thai didn’t taste anything like an authentic pad Thai, it was just a bowl of noodles with some random sauces had to search for meat in it. Ordered green curry, it was just a bowl of thick coconut cream with veges. Service was below average and staff was not at all friendly

Friends and I went here for dinner one night while on holiday in Rotorua and this restaurant was fine as a first experience. We were craving Thai and this was closely located to where we had parked. I ordered the sizzling beef and a curry with chicken. Service could have been a bit more attentive.

Had a great experience here. The restaurant is very clean and has comfy table and chairs. Hats off to the attended who made us welcome and looked after us so well all through. Food came much earlier than expected as the restaurant was buzzing. Delicious food at a fair price. The lady owner was nice, kids were given a free bottle of drink. Highly recommended, A++

Their fried rice and tom yum is absolutely divine and delicious. I’m from Auckland and have only been here twice and it’s what i look foward to getting everytime I come to Rotorua! Only let down was the pad thai but besides that the price, service and fried rice was  thanks

Walked in sat down. Deciding what to it took longer than it took for food to cook!!! And it was yummy!!! Maybe it a little bit pricier than non Eat Street BUT the fast cooking made it all worthwhile. Seafood dish had lots of prawns too!

My partner and I visited from out of town. Service very average, slow and unfriendly. Forgot one of our drinks, had to ask for it with no apology from staff. Other tables arrived after us and ordered after us and received their meals and finished their meals before we reviewed ours. Long wait time could have been mentioned by staff, we felt forgotten. The food was reasonably priced and taste was nice. Large portion sizes. Customer service lets this place down.

I had a very enjoyable night and the young boy who was cooking my food did a wonderful job, he cooked amazingly and I would definitely consider giving him a raise. The atmosphere in the restaurant was incredible. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. 9.5/10

Train wreck of a dining experience unfortunately. We were a party of 6 and waited more than 90 minutes to get our food and they missed one of the main courses, which took another 20 minutes for them to provide. To be fair, most of the food seemed decent, but my pad Thai missing main! Was not good...sickly sweet and almost inedible. Very disappointing overall. I hope it was just a bad night for them and not the norm. They seem to be very short staffed in the kitchen, but they should advise up front if waiting times are going to be that long.
