Just a one Night stop in Carterton. We had our breakfast in this wonderful little bakery. Fresh bread, the Croissants were great,. If you be there, try the müsli, with fresh fruit..the blackberries were warm.. loved it! The furniture is cosy and the stuff very nice! We can absolutly recommend it.

I popped in while passing through Carterton and wish I lived closer so that I could come more often. Perfect coffee, and all the food looked great! The vibe is also really relaxed - the staff are friendly and cheerful to the customers and each other. Toilets clean, prices good, and service was efficient.

Thanks for looking after us this morning Crystal. 7 January is a hard day for those of us who remember the balloon accident in 2012, and your taking the time to join us and share how you and your staff had served those passengers who flew that morning coffee, how excited they all were and how you had been preparing to serve them breakfast when they came back meant a lot to us.nnHearing how you found out and how it affected you and your staff was touching and so very sad. That you closed up shop and sent all your staff home  as a mark of respect and sympathy towards the families who had lost 11 loved ones is so typical of the aroha, concern and compassion you have always shown your friends, customers and the community of Carterton. Which is why everyone here loves you guys so much and keeps coming back. Aroha nui. Ron & Christine.

The worst steak and cheese pie ive ever had.nSo hot and spicy its basically inedible.nthe pie had hot green peppers through it nThe apple slice was soooo stale couldn't even put the fork through it.nFood use to be soooo yum.nWont be coming back unfortunately.nIf there was an option for 0 stars they would get it.

Enjoyed a Big Brekky meal, while the wife had a generous Pancake Stack meal with bananas & bacon. A nice collection of organic food & drinks adorn the cabinets. Friendly staff, served with a smile. Lovely unique establishment with a country feel.
