First the good point. Plenty of car parking space. But, apart from the entrance to function rooms being hard to find (ie no signage, no visible staff to ask for help), the food was mediocre and the service almost non existent. If considering this place for a reception make sure to ask that there are plenty of waiting staff. Serving one small pot of coffee to each table (of 10 people) at a time, then pouring tea where preferred after, being generous, 10 minutes, then finally managing milk and sugar after another 10 minutes, is, by any standards, very poor. Strangely when removing the dirty dishes the staff managed to use trays, which may have assisted better service earlier. I would not recommend this venue to anyone and I would certainly be most reluctant to attend any future events unless assured that service and food had greatly improved.
