Really bad customer service - try and get a sales email? Predatory collections for long time loyal customer. High costs with little value. Won't even produce an annual statement. Cancelled after long association.

Terrible Company,  half of my bill was due to fees and charges that were not discussed during the sign up process.
I was only with them for a few months until i realised, there are other company’s out there that don’t charge anywhere near the amount of BS fees that this company does.

Also i live in Tasmania and my workers would constantly ring me to say that there card was not accepted.

Absolutely terrible experience!!

Was charged $30 Dishonor fee for missing a payment by 1day. Recently changed banks and wasn't able to update my details with motorpass.

Spoke to someone from customer service  and explained my situation so they can waiver the fee. Was told no due to terms and  conditions.

This mob don't have a drop of humanity in them.

I will be cancelling my account and looking for a more humane company that Rewards loyal customers.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
