This is the worst branch! Went there to check the progress of discharge mortgage/title. What they did is they charge me again twice!!! I told her that it was charged on 15th, then without my approval, she charged me again on 24th! Really frustrating!!! Also the homeloan lender is a personal lender that does not know how to properly update my repayment, did it wrongly causing my homeloan to be refinanced!! Really pissed off! Worst ever! Now I have to waste my time again to get this fixed! Bunch of useless people who are not properly trained...

Staff member LIBON is "most unhelpful" and asks customers to use the website rather then taking the initiative to explain things.. While i waited for someone else to help he came upto me and asked if my query has been resolved.. I responded casually that I won't be sitting in the bank if that was the case.. He rudely replied that "he can't read my mind"..What kind of customer service indicates being rude with customers..May be he thinks he's the most important man in CBA but alas just earns 5-6K salary..what a loser !!

Worst branch I've been to, didn't want to help, just wanted to delay helping. Tried to tell me that both directors of a company are needed at the exact same location at the exact same time to setup a transaction account.

There's always plenty of staff here but they don't seem to do anything. Want to start a joint account? They say 10 minute wait expected, only to let you know 40 minutes later that they forgot to put your name on the digital queue - only to do the same thing shortly after. Need a new card? They send it attached to the wrong account. Try to get that fixed? They put the wrong name on the card. 3. Times. Go to update insurance details "sorry can't help with that, call this number instead." Curiously, they could sell me the product but nothing else. I begrudgingly bestow this one star only because Google won't let me rate lower. I suppose they can have the 1 star as they have ATMs - oops, even they weren't going on one of my visits.

I would think this bank manager has more time on his hands than to tell people they are not allowed to use the tellars and can only use the atm to deposit and withdraw money! There is all ways a queue at the ONE atm you can deposit money in mean while the telllar staff sit their twiddling their thumps!
