Worst customer service ever received.4th of November I went to the branch for fraud on my credit card, the manager helped to resolve and was supposed to order my credit card to come through courier so that it comes in next 2-3 days, I leave the branch at around 3:30 and the manager still doesn’t apply for the card to come through courier even though the branch closes at 5pm. The card is still not here and it’s 15th and all I am doing is calling different companies and explaining why my card is declined and no sorry from Bryan’s side, so I am dealing with all this mess because the branch manager doesn’t care about customers enough maybe because I have been a former BM with BOM, I am taken for granted but this is definitely not the customer service BOM talks about.
Odd reviews.' I ve had great experiences here with help getting on line, investment , cards etc all the stuff some of us need to do over the counter. They listen know whats what are polite and efficient, and haven't stitched me up like ANZ
Floss like a boss. Horrible service, the 4G connectivity was worse than Oli is at maths.
Haven't had any problems there, staff are friendly
