CFS was easily one of my favorite companies to work for. I worked there for roughly 4 years and progressed through 2 roles in that time span. Great culture and career progression opportunities. I've recently gone off to work in my own company, however if I were to apply to work for a company again, CFSCS would be the first on my list. Loved it and made friends for life.

This is one the worst company to work for. They treat worker like slaves, two managers and they will have close look at you every time, work environment is pathetic, complex system , tight deadline and without giving proper training they would put you in complex project and expect you to perform same way as experience people are doing. Even some colleagues are not very helpful.  My advice run away from it. I would have given zero star to it.

Everyone is friendly and has a good work environment.

Excellent ROI. Keep up the good work, team!
