Slow service, long wait. Tried to access business account and all files had been sent but was not updated on their end. Had to retrieve information on the spot. Manager of branch was brash and condescending, when asked about Anti money laundering compliant. Avoid this branch. bad customer experience. Would avoid this branch.
5 stars for the branch and for the worker Nancy there! Beyond helpful to my partner and I with opening a bank account after I moved here from Aus, even though I've never opened an account myself before. Had trouble transferring funds between my Aus bank account and here because of the Aus bank end and they went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed before calling the Aus branch for assistance within really good time! Thank you Nancy!
Tellers shouldn't be doing transactions that last more than 5 minutes, let alone 10 plus minutes. Both tellers were serving their customers for the 15 minutes I stood in the queue before walking out. Is there not a branch manager who overseas the operation?
Online banking is fine. Like every other bank. Trying to get service in the bank is appalling. Every time I go in in waiting at least 20 minutes in line.
Really long wait time with only two staff members at the counters very short opening hours. To add insult to injury, most branches are now closed. I get that Banks want to move transactions online but some transactions simply can't be completed online. The staff members are friendly though so this review is targeted at Westpac Corporate rather than the customer service staff.
Absolutely rubbish service, huge wait times, only a couple of staff on. Has been like this every time I have come in and no signs of improvement. Hour wait is un acceptable! They try push you onto phone banking service which you wait longer for, get bounced around and then hung up on. Happy to charge huge fees, make huge profits and provide the worst service and wait times I have ever experienced. Avoid like the plague

These five stars is for The Teller Thari. Thankyou for your help and listening. I am an ASB Customer. I walked into West pac to retrieve my money back. It wasn't the banks fault. But the service in getting my money back wasn't good at all. The first Teller wasn't good at all, she just didn't know what to do, and keep asking the same Questions .......then she.....said she will ring me back. Dam 1hr.30mins standing and waiting might be more. So I lefted and went for lunch.....and waited for the call. She didn't get back to me. So I went back......Thankgoodness I didn't get her again. Only 10 to 20mins it was sorted. Thankyou Thari.
Waited in a queue however efficient once served... Friendly staff
Only one teller open, service is terrible be prepared to stand in line for at least 15 minutes. My transaction was 30 seconds at the most.
