First time Ive had an issue with SV NZ POST, but I had a Card To Collect a parcel, so popped in to pick it up - with my card, tracking number and ID. But it had already been picked up and signed for by someone I didnt know! I still dont know how this could have happened...who was this stranger? And why wasnt it picked up that their ID did not match my name on the parcel?
Good luck dealing with the staff. Unbelievably rude.
