IGNORANT staff, didn't make an effort to help with request of automatic payments, even though all types of proof was shown. Was rude & felt like they didnt wanna help due to my appearance it was morning & i had my gown on seemed judgemental & would recommend going to another branch.
They're good for general day to day banking. Also very helpful when I lost one of my cards once. Anything to do with applying for a loan/mortgage has been painful. Not a lot of help, questions not answered and just chucked forms over email. Recently had a woman relentlessly contacting me re Kiwisaver. I thought something was wrong, no it was a 'sales'-type call in the end. Her calls, from her end, kept dropping out. At least three times over multiple days she was trying to contact me. At one point I asked her to just email me; this was fine at first, she then went back to doing the opposite. When she was emailing me, I had to also follow up with her - things were so important, yet she then wouldn't actually answer my emails. Go figure.
The people working here are lovely but the system they are working in is awful. Phone calls don't get answered for half an hour or more. Appointments are booked up weeks in advance. Would not recommend.
Atm and online banking very old system must update as soon as possible
