Terrible service. staff couldn't care less about you. You might as well not exist. If you like spending your day waiting in line, this is the perfect branch.

Terrible bank with unfriendly people, don't go there !!!!!! 
My partner and I just moved into the country, we try to open a bank one week ago on Saturday, we were told to come back the next week because we don't have all the papers.. fair enough. I ask if we need an appointment and we tell us that not ! 
We come back one week later, a very unfriendly woman says that she can do nothing for us because we need an appointment, we show her the guy who told us we don't need one and both of them can nothing for us and I've they don't even care.. Another week without a bank account because we can't go during the week. 
I've never dealt with people that unfriendly just telling us to walk off!

Rude, unprofessional & untrained staff! Some staff think they are the bank! Won't bother going there again! 5 * 1 star reviews says it all.
