Worst customer services ever. The staff their don't know what they are doing. I have come in twice to get an account verified but have denied me because the bills I presented were not a correct standard or were not posted.. it is f**king 2017.. no one gets anything posted. You more focused on saving trees or being a sh*tty bank. So glad I am leaving you for ANZ.. such a better bank.

Very friendly and accomodating. 7 days a week is perfect especially to those people who has a busy schedule.

The atm machine ate my money on boxing day 2016 when I deposited it. Scary experience and it was a lot of money. Had to wait quite a long time just to get my money back.

Open 7 days a week with varying timings which depends on timings of the mall. Plenty of people to help and 24 hours online banking available.
