I don't think bank service has been that personal and exceeding expectations in decades. The manager, Eric Desmond went out of his way to assist my needs but also clearly pre empted any other need which he could help with and on top of all that was extremely kind to my child and really. It was clear the staff like and respect him and he is a very personable character with such a happy, positive, can-do nature. Thanks for an top banking experience. It's rare!!

A nice quite smaller branch, no automatic atm though to put money in or do a careless withdrawal.
