My English very limited, they have a Indonesian lady working as customer services when I was there. But they served other people's who came after me and make that Indonesia lady busy. At the end, I can't talked with her due working hours nearly ends. No respect at all.

It is a disgrace when we are charged so many fees, yet the CBA bank in Balwyn can not even employ enough staff to serve customers. Do not complain to the customer about your lack of staff... It is not our business and doing so is unprofessional and only makes you look even more inefficient to say the least. Try to stagger the breaks and serve the customers first. After all, without customers there would be no banks. I am now thinking strongly about going to a credit union where the customers are members and treated a lot better. Banks have been making a killing out of their customers for years and decreasing service. I have had enough.. .... #poorformcba
One star is very generous for the service they provide.
I tried to call my local Balwyn branch today 4 times and they do not answer, it's just a recorded message answering machine. It's absolutely disgusting a multi billion dollar company can't pay somebody to answer the phone.
Every time I go in, there is always a wait.. customer service is still very good despite this..
