Westpac ATM

Over last 6 months have needed to deal with Westpac Brighton. Both times all my issues were dealt with in a timely manner by Personnel Banking Specialist, Dianna J. who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. So if need services of Personnel Banking Specialist, highly recommend her. Westpac Brighton is located on busy Church Street but parking available behind, in the Woolworths carpark.

This is the easiest 5 stars I think I have ever given to a business. Mani from home loans is brilliant. Smart, polite, efficient, excellent communications and provided great offers which we took up. Really great team in the bank and very highly recommended.

My first interaction with bank was a pleasant one. Laura was very lovely, it was a busy day but she made the time to help my partner and I open a account. She made us feel comfortable, she was efficient and so great to talk to. Thank you again :

I had an amazing experience changing to westpac today. Lisa helped me set up my accounts and i felt like i was cared for from a friend! i didn't feel rushed and exceeded my exceptions and totally understood what i needed and helped me get more than what i thought . also i got to sit down with Matthew A. and he helped me with my online banking app until i felt totally confident. Thankyou team!

I wanted to print my accounts' transaction histories because the format from internet banking was not good enough. One of the young personal bankers said he couldn't do it and the format options in his work computer were less than those in internet banking. Also, I needed to pay 2.50 dollars for each print. Then I went to another Westpac bank branch in Braeside and the bank manager printed the transaction history for each account with a stamped and signed cover letter for no charge. Please train your staff!

Very disappointing service as the branch in Hampton is closed and ATM in Hampton is NOT accepting deposits. The branch manager in Middle Brighton Dinah N. was annoyed with my question why the ATM in Hampton is not accepting deposits. She said rudely that they don't have anyone to go and pick up check deposits from that ATM and why I don't ask my customers not to pay with the check. I told her that she can try reeducate 80 years old people to use internet banking to spare her to process checks.

Friendly staff and good service, it's good that banks are changing their customer service focus.
