These BP toilets are always under maintenance. It feels like they intentionally keep them closed just to avoid cleaning or maintaining them properly. Very disappointing and inconvenient, especially for travellers who rely on these facilities.
I've never had an issue when filling up petrol or buying items during the day at this BP.nnWith any 24 hours petrol station, I understand the doors are closed for safety reasons during the late hours and you must pay/buy items through the side window or so I thought but tonight was a very disappointing experience.nnThe two staff tonight didn't show any interest in serving me even through the side window of selling any items such as food and drinks saying they don't sell it during this time.nnI didn't bother with paying up front for petrol so took my business to the BP in Mentone which was the complete opposite and like all other 24 hours petrol station, sold items and petrol through the side windows during the late hours.nnNot sure if anyone else experienced the same thing at this BP but can see a recurring theme of staff showing lack of interest in serving customers in other reviews here. Very disappointing.
My partner and I came here every Sunday just to had my almond hot chocolate and coffee. Niral made the best in town and also she is so sweet .
Don't offer proper amenities. Like I so wanted to use toilets and staff says its closed. While the hours says its open. Ridiculous behaviour.
I use the petrol spy app which shows petrol prices at all stations on maps and this BP is more expensive than 99%, 99% of the time. I only fill up here when desperate and pass numerous other stations on my way home all advertising prices sometimes as much as $0.40/L cheaper. If you can make it a few more kms then don’t fill up here!
