A thank you to Mun, one of the lovely centre staff working at Westfield Southland. He was walking past as I was trying in vain to take a selfie with a giant blow up Grogu figure outside of Village cinemas Southland, and he stopped and kindly offered to take a proper photo for me. Thanks Mun, you were so thoughtful and helpful!

Long story short..I had a parking charge of $35.  It was from a rental car that I used a while back.  The same car was used at the shopping centre not by myself and it was charged to my card that’s attached to Westfield app where parking is booked. Once the charge cleared on my card I called the customer support line and spoke to Jai which was Sunday afternoon.  It’s now Monday and issues been resolved.   The customer support and the service with my dispute was out ofnthis world amazing….my email below to Jai and the team.nnI just want to express how grateful and appreciative I am at how Jai? the guy I spoke to over the phone and to the customer support at Southland Parking for all your assistance with my issue. These days you don’t often get customer service that goes above and beyond. So thank you so much, this has been such a pleasant experience for an issue I assumed would have been difficult and long term.  Outstanding service.

I support people with disabilities. I support a person who loves going to Southland, not only for the fantastic shopping but too visit the ladies who work at the concierge desk.nThe way they interact with him is truly amazing. Fione, Jennie, Corrina, Brenda and Elizabeth you absolutely make his day. Sorry if I missed someone.nThank you for your first class customer service.

I love Southland.  I have been coming here since I was a kid and have witnessed great change extending over Nepean Hwy while some things are missed rooftop garden, department store furniture room displays, newsagent, but I keep coming back as it has nearly everything you want under one roof, movies, lots of food options and a variety of shops. Anyway everytime I visit a wave of nostalgia washes over me even if the place is so different to when record store, stretch jeans, glitzy 80's dresses, ticket outlet,  the donut shop where they had an American style counter where you could sit and watch each donut being made, chocolate shops and more were there.  So yes visit for what you want to see, what you want to eat, and what you want to buy, meet your friends there and create your own memories of good times at Southland. 25.10 movies, sushi, coffee and yes a bag. 11.11. Movies, Aldi, Big W, BD and more! 26.12 yes here on Boxing Day and actually caught train to Southland station.  Wanted to get new runners and we also had meal at TGI's.  Not as packed as I thought it would be.  2024 have been here for movies, sushi, pancakes and more. 24.2.25 what is happening Southland? So many stores closed, really sad to see. I knew the Greek wouldn't last bit sorry to see it go.  And anyway always seems to be renovating. 19.5.25 Disney pop-up store, had to check that out before movies! Also tried new Thai restaurant. 26.5 went and visited new stores, Zone Bowling, Timezone, Zeus Street Greek and the revamped DJ'S. I LOVE Southland and went for a job as a concierge clerk but was unsuccessful! I know, so wrong...I'm very very good at customer service, I'm familiar with the layout and have been visiting for a LONG time, but hey that's life..

I’m so glad I went and asked for help! Not only was the assistance so friendly and I did not feel like a bother, I got more information than I was expecting and Elizabeth was so helpful. I was somewhat dreading getting lost in this massive shopping centre, but now I know she can even help me in the direction back to my accommodation. Thank you
