I had a cortisone injection for a painful bursa. I was a little nervous at what it might feel like and how much it would hurt...The Songrapher Siobhan was kind, offered friendly advice attentive and informative, she calmed me. Dr Nick was gentle, took his time, was reassuring and my injection did not hurt at all!!nI would recommend these professionals to anyone who wants a procedure done with care!

Was easy to get an appt and now I understand why... the receptionists were talking so loudly about their social life while I was waiting. It was not necessary to hear the things I heard. Now I have just had a follow up call with a receptionist who was the rudest person I have ever dealt with on the phone. I was trying to be friendly and have a laugh but she was stone cold and even told me off for talking over her. She was clearly not in the mood for normal human interactions today.wont be recommending this place ever....

I attended the premises today for an ultrasound and the reception staff were so lovely! They noticed I was limping and immediately offered me a wheelchair which was so kind. The technician was kind and made me feel at ease. I was in and out very quickly! As a Practice Manager of a medical centre, I’ll definitely recommend this clinic! Thank you so much!

Had a pleasant Ultrasound experience from booking, and arrival at reception to scanning. Booking was friendly and easy over the phone, the reception staff was prompt and efficient, and the Sonographer Jessi was pleasant and gentle. The place is spotless clean with a modern interior that makes waiting all the more pleasant.

Avoid this place, avoid Western Radiology anyway, very unprofessional front desk staff. I went in 15th October 2024 around 3:20 pm. Avoid Western Radiology anyway.nnThey don't have online report or image viewing facility.nnEven Specialist Doctors can't get access to their system and we had experienced that when we went to the Doctor and he can't access the report and images.nnKids not bulked billed although the doctor written down bulk bill in the referral letter.nnAlso you have to once you are done with your X-ray or whatever you again have to wait in the queue just to drop off the referral that the technician given back to you.
