I had an 8.30 appointment today for a CT scan, I arrived at 8.15 and although they were closed the receptionist let me in to wait.nThey were bang on time and I was out by 8.45.nBulk billed too.nFriendly courteous staff nFollow up:nThe report has not arrived at the doctorsnon time. I now have to wait another week to find out what's wrong due to fax failure? nFollow up:nI needed 2 nerve root sleeves in my lumber spine, theynbooked them in super quick and I have had a great outcome.nThe staff and doctors are fantastic.nHighly recommended

This place has incredibly unprofessional staff. I booked a 4:20 pm appointment for my son, but after a 25-minute drive in peak traffic, the receptionist told me the appointment would be delayed because someone else was having a CT scan. Despite being told to wait, and after 40 minutes in a sub-waiting area, the radiologist didn’t bother to inform us that he wouldn’t do the scan. Eventually, the receptionist informed us that the radiologist refused to perform the scan. They wasted my time and showed no responsibility or professionalism.

Highly DO NOT recommend! The receptionists are beyond rude on the phone and in person! Someone needs to tell them that people coming for scans are not usually getting good news! Some people are finding out their babies don’t have heartbeats or waiting to find out if they have cancer etc. The absolute least they could do is say hello in a kind voice. I felt like my attendance was the biggest inconvenience to them when all they had to do is check me in. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment which is standard and was hit with a “you do realise your appointment isn’t till 1:30 right?”. This rudeness is consistent every time I attend. This appointment the radiologist, my partner and I saw babies heartbeat and then the report sent to my doctor stated baby had no heartbeat and my doctor is now trying to push for tests for possible miscarriage. A previous appointment when I was pregnant with my oldest, I had weight gain due to a condition and the radiologist told me I should be eating healthier and told me dietary substitutes which is not her job at all! Don’t come here.

My 94 yo dad just had a ct scan here and I was very impressed by the speed of being seen and the kindness of the staff. I was allowed to go in with dad I'm his carer as he's very frail to ensure he got safely on the table. Thankyou in particular to the admin woman who took care of us.

Imagine a place run by utterly irresponsible people who have zero work ethic, blatantly disregarding their obligations. They cancel on you at the most critical times, showing a complete lack of professionalism. This kind of behavior could easily breach contractual obligations under Australian Consumer Law, where services are expected to be provided with due care and skill. Their reckless disregard for commitments might even constitute misleading or deceptive conduct. Avoid this business entirely unless you want to deal with potential legal issues and a complete lack of reliability.
