Arrive 5 minutes before appointment for a medical check for a job. Waited 30 minutes to do an eye test, some squats and pee in a cup which took around 5 minutes. Back to waiting room for 40 minutes and get a physio who speedran me through pushups, lifts and a single situp within around 3 minutes. Sent back to waiting room for another 50-55 minutes. Doctor finally comes to check my blood pressure and my body for scars and that was it, took less than 5 minutes. I've been to other health centres where for the same thing and they have one person do all of it and it takes less than 30 minutes. No idea why the wait time is so insanely long. Didn't seem like they were understaffed either.
The doctor use '0' percent of clinical judgement.A report from the GP would have been sufficient.nFor the physiotherapist 'just another job' attitude. Terrible service.
What a waste of time!!! My appointment was at 12 pm, by now I've been waiting 45min past my appointment. Asked the reception how much longer I have to wait and I've been told another 1.5hrs as my file is on the bottom of the pile. Seriously?nnSomething seriously very wrong with the scheduler!nnAvoid this medical centre if you value your time... All those people are in front of me waiting for their medical to be done.

Schedule times are atrocious. They really need to review their scheduling. 2 hour wait times for a simple 5 minute audiometric test is disgusting. Paying for the testing is one thing when required by worksafe but having to pay an employee to sit around for 2 1/2 hours is disgusting. I'll be sending my employees elsewhere from now on.
