I made an appointment 1 month previously but due to a number of things my appointment was 1 + hrs late . The doctor was good and the receptionist was also but due to not may doctors and a lot of patients it would be difficult to keep the appointments on time. The doctor said that it was because also that people come in with paperwork to fill in that take longer then 10 minute scheduled appointments. Overall not bad but more doctors would have made the situation better.
Missing the nurses in treatment room after moving to Queensland Genie and Michelle 2 of the best nursing staff I’ve had polite friendly and kind with a gentle steady hand amazing with kids always been recommending these lovely ladies for years keep up the good work never gunna find better both beautiful enough to take any pain away as well which is a nice bonus
Can I give 0 stars? Absolute joke. I’ve had this appointment for over a month. It was for 10:10am 4th May. I waited 1 hour and was told nothing. Finally I went to the front desk and asked why I hadn’t seen a doctor at all yet. I was told the doctor wasn’t even here yet. I left as the receptionist had no idea if the doctor would even be coming and couldn’t even contact him. I was told I couldn’t have another appointment until 16th May. I took the appointment and said please call me if the doctor shows up today. I went home and later decided to call to see if the doctor had arrived which he had but the receptionist failed to contact me. I was told I can come back and wait and that I would be seen next however I’ve returned and I’ve been waiting, again, over an hour and I am still yet to be seen. The way people are treated here is disgusting.
It is not getting better.nI understand the major problems are systematic however a well managed centre should not consistently and habitually be running 1+hrs behind schedule every day.nWaiting 3 weeks for an appointment arriving then waiting 1 hour and 40 mins waitnOnly to then be told to rebook another day if we still want the procedure donenWe booked a longer consult to ensure enough time.nThis is so disappointingnDubbo deserves better health care
Rang in the morning, luckily I got an appointment at 12.40pm that day. When I arrived he was running 3 hours late. It is what it is and I got in to see a doctor which is what I needed, but to have an appointment and then have to wait 2 hours people got cranky and left so I got seen to sooner is ridiculous. Not sure how running 3 hours behind happens but they were really nice and the doctor was lovely. Maybe they are really thorough and don't kick patients out after 15mins, that's how they fall behind which is good for the patient : I would go back, definitely, even with the 2-3 hour wait
