Well for me I have mostly bought from here the staff are very friendly and always well lit up with a smile.. the shop is kept in a very clean and easy to navigate. Well done 5 stars

West liquor,Swanson is simply amazing just because of their unique service and being so humble towards the customers, they also help in suggesting the better brands by the choice of customers.Always stocks are available,great place to buy liquors.

Always great customer service guys and gals there always helpful and humorous staff always pleasant people working at that liquor store and the security guard is awesome bloke does his job 120% should be one of him at every liquor stores :

the service there is brilliant HOWEVER as a Samoan and saying it gains no privilege But the old Samoan man aka a security there is a disgrace. He doesnt know his place and relationship between a customer and worker. Now I know why most of my friends and people I know around west doesnt want to go there anymore. It is because of this man's attitude. He treats customer with no respect and he thinks it's ok and that he is the owner of the store. I hope he gets fired soon. It is not a Samoan way after experiencing it myself how disrespectful that man really. What a disgrace to the Samoan community and to my people. I hope we'll get told off soon for the sake of my community, customer, and wellbeing of NZ as a whole. Something needs to be done xox much respect you all xo

Amazing staff and always such a clean , tidy store

Nice staff, lots of stock.

Way to many beggars outside waiting to rob you and totally disgusted that if you have forgotten to lift your mask from car ., staff charge you $1 for a disposable mask that are free every where else ., I was shocked to see staff member charge an old man in his 70s $1 for disposable mask .. even other pensioners . I had my mask always have . But to rob from these people is a disgrace
