Dislike dealing with monopolies.Trusts have not lived up to their promises at inception time.

Very busy shop, covers quite a big range of beverages too. Staff are always super friendly and lately there's been a security guard on the door. Normally a busker out the front as well who is harmless BTW. Plenty of parking out the front as well.

Hi there,  I went up for Christmas holidays around Dec-Jan. Met a kind young lady who had awesome customer service, she helped me with what I wanted. I didn't know she was a server as she didn't have uniform. Nevertheless, for her kindness and attentiveness towards customers I think she deserves 5 stars.  Now the negative stuff....  There was a male who was well... I'm sure was "suppose" to be working as he was wearing uniform. He seemed to be on his phone a lot during my visits to the store and seemed to turn a lot of his attention onto the other staff while neglecting his customers. Not sure what that's about but one things for sure, he made me feel very uncomfortable. I worked in customer service sales and I don't think his behaiviour/attitude is very customer friendly or welcoming.  One of the days I went in, there seemed to be an important conversation between staff and supervisor the male obviously appeared to be someone of higher status in the store. Sentences addressing weight and laziness were said aloud, enough for anyone within 5ft to hear. I don't like to get involved in ethical dilemmas that is outside of my own business, I do however, think it was very inappropriate to have these types of conversations in the store where customers can hear, not a great look. The male didn't seem too phased in making the staff upset until he probably realised that customers might hear and took her else where. I've never experienced this type of behaiviour especially in a workplace, so I guess I will consider myself lucky.  I understand that serving in a liquor store is difficult and everyone has their off days but some of the staff I came across at this branch were absolutely not approachable and rude. Conclusively, I decided to make this review and hope that west liquor Glen eden look into it and make better improvements.  Kind regards, Pete N Gale.

Got asked for ID which is fine. Was then told I look different older than the ID picture because of my beard/facial hair. I'm 28, ofcourse I'll look slightly different to when I was 18.
