Normally shop here, unfortunately I received the worst customer experience from one of the female employee. I said hi when I walked in and she made eye contact with me and said nothing…I selected what I needed, went to the counter and again she said absolutely nothing! Appalling behavior…I’d get better service from a trained dog….due to this I won’t be back. Shame I didn’t get her name otherwise I’d tell the owner…lost customer.
1 star for the friendly staff, they are nice people. No stars for playing a radio for 'ambience' that is so loud and grating with interference that you can't even hear yourself think. It put me on edge, I had to leave as quickly as possible. Why not get a cd player or stream your radio station over the internet?
The best place in the West to buy your drinks. Make sure to ask for Gail because she is a super “host”. She is a great pleasure to deal with and she has made every shop a very special one. She is awesome and always find the best option for my every occasion!!! Hope you are enjoy her company as much as I do! Gail you rock!!! Madi
