One hour check up service took an hour and a half and who knows how much longer if I didn’t stress I had to leave for the school run. No feedback given on the check up nor was I asked if I had any concerns. The sales team a few weeks earlier earned fives stars. It’s disappointing the hard work done by the front end of the business are let down by less than average service. It would be nice to know the outcome of the check up still. Perhaps someone should give me a call.

No Interigity or Listening Skills
No Follow up or support
No Offered Discount unless Demanded
No Responsibility while repairing
No Timeframe consideration
No Communication within its Team
No Respect for the car owner...And Factual that's proof 6 weeks "Trade Rate" $3k for a pedantic W.O.F...

What I rate the quality of there service department:
5 stars on the mechanical service
1 star on communication skills
1 star for the arrogance of the lady behind the counter
2 star on price and the discussion of it.
1 star time frame and communication of none.
I been here once before and had great service.
But the person at front counter has gone on maturity leave and the other person is not good to deal with at all. Me and my family have been around cars and servicing in a big scale most of life and providing good friendly service was always key not just changing oil!

Pleasantly surprised by these guys when I bought a car 5 weeks ago.  Not as pushy as some of the other yards.  Very happy with the car, and the trade I got for my old one.  Good after sales service too. Happy!
