Ted Tracey's is a Licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer who offer over 100 vehicles from our 2 level fully undercover building. All our cars are personally selected by me and imported from Japan with Guaranteed Kilometre Certificates. Come on in and experience the difference of looking for a vehicle with the feeling of being in a shop, maybe watch a bit of TV or just enjoy our full surround-sound music! There is no such thing as a rainy day here, our approach isn't at all intimidating and you definitely won't be pressured. You are more than welcome to come in and browse at our vehicles.

Unwilling to negotiate price at all, car a was a peace of s#@t starting with fuel light on didn't want me to take it on motorway probably because it wouldn't of made it, funny burning smell come inside cabin, wouldn't accelerate properly, brakes were super spongi, tyres were half flat and bonnet was shaking badly because the engine mount was poked. And then said he wouldn't be doing anything about that. As for the stereo that didn't work either. Don't care what his reply says because that will be untrue or some type BS excuse. ...won't be doing business there..buyer beware

From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry on the phone, George was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process a-z. It could not have been more easy and made the process very pleasant. Especially during COVID they kept to all the necessary safety precautions. Ted Tracey are very sincere and you do not feel pressured to purchase. Ted came in and assisted when George was helping another customer prior to me coming in. They are very attentive whilst also letting you freely look around at the same time. Both Ted and George gave me amazing deal from trade in and mechanical insurance. As well as recommending reputable mechanics and advice. When I need my next car Ted Tracy will be the first place I go to. I highly recommend
Best shop I've been to since! Great mix of professional and accommodating service. You feel comfortable immediately. All their cars are top notch quality, hand picked like no where else, with the documents to prove it. They go above and beyond to assist in the process making it absolutely seamless. You can do your shopping around, but will definitely guarantee you'll come back to Ted and George in the end. Thanks again gentlemen, it was a pleasure doing business with you. I had a great experience buying a car from here. George was very attentive, patient and thorough going through the process. The car itself has proved to be excellent and after some weeks of driving and testing it I am very happy my purchase. The only negative would be that the companies insurance requires you to be chaperoned on a test drive. I like to assess these things alone and ask questions later. George was fine company but it left no room for critical thinking as he was there to reassureme on any aspect immediately. It never felt like a hard sell but 10mins of driving alone would have speeded up my decision. Overall though, a great experience abs in very happy with my purchase.
