Vision Auto Sales

Have been a repeat customer bought 3 cars and was a regular at the Service Centre. Used to always recommend Vision for high quality cars and great service. My experience over the past few weeks suggests something has changed dramatically for the worse. After-sales attitude is terrible. They do not care. Suffice to say no more cars from Vision or booking cars in for a service.

They have a wide variety, fast processing of financing. Friendly staff, willing to assist. Definately recomend.

If I could give these guys a 0 I would! We drove from out of town (3hrs to be exact) to BUY a car, we got there and the receptionist couldn’t even greet us with a smile! Atleast the dealer did. Anyway we went for a test drive just to make sure it was the car for us, we fell in love with the car got back to dealership only to be told the car had been sold over the phone while we were driving it! This is the most unethical money hungry disrespectful thing I have ever experienced! I will not be recommending you guys to anyone because you loyalty’s are clearly with who can pay first not who was there first! To treat us like that when we had shown dedication to purchase by driving 3hrs just to come get it is disgusting! You should be ashamed of the way you do your dealings.

We had such wonderful and honest help finding our car. We drove from Whangarei down to Auckland to look for a new car after only a couple of weeks of being back in the country. We found it, bought it and drove it on a lovely big drive home. We were given space to look and then decide. Thank you John Bennie! We will definitely be back to do any upgrades and will be absolutely recommending Vision Autos to our friends and family!

Couple friends recommended here to visit. One friend bought Audi S5 and I was amazed with great selection of the cars to choose from. NB: Not a showroom, rather a warehouse and AA workshop attached to.
