Amazing classic Wendy’s chain. Not too busy when I visited with really friendly staff. They provide table service for dine in customers which is extremely rare for fast food and the store is always kept clean and tidy. While the outside of the store looks old, the inside has been recently refurbished and has the newer Wendy’s logo! The burger was made fresh and the fries taste like McDonalds fries but thicker with the same salt taste. Nuggets were good and free hot sauce and ketchup is available! Definitely a store worth visiting!
Haven’t tried Wendy’s for years and finally decided to have a go. Pretty average overall. Car park is dodgy and looks dangerous. Service was a bit slow lots of Uber eats drivers were waiting. Drink cups were huge but fries sizes were extremely small. Burger patties were small. Code for the e toilet is a rule so we better follow it. Also it’s not very cheap so you’ve have to make your choice wisely

Highly recommended, very clean and friendly staff. not busy or crowded, hence why I enjoyed it more. Food is fresh. No issues with anything staff are very helpful. After taking my order, I was asked to have a seat & staff bought my food out. Well mannered 10/10 Kid-friendliness: Staff were really good to my kids when they went up to ask for something. Good kids menu. Food is fresh 10/10 Parking: Under ground carpark heaps of parking available. There are no issues there. 10/0
I would like to give zero stars but there’s no option for that. Here are my reasons to avoid getting food from Dominion Rd Wendy’s. 1. Service is super slow and there’s no indication of doing better either 2. Staff is so rude and unprofessional especially two girls one of the staff name Ria. If you can’t cope then fast food service isn’t the right place for you . Their body language was also very unfriendly. 3. The way they treated uber guys it was just unacceptable I think that was on purpose. I hope this feedback helps the staff to do better.
It's fine. Food is standard Wendy's fare and comes quickly. The parking area downstairs is real dodgy though - trash everywhere and just generally creepy, plus the tile floor seems to be perpetually slippery. Parking: There's a good amount of parking out the back and under the building.
Went through the drive through and ordered 3 burgers, 2 of them came with things missing. The first was without cheese as the person talking the order didn’t take note, the second was without the chicken! The main part of the burger!! We didn’t notice until we got home so couldn’t be bothered going back. I called to complain and my complaint was hardly acknowledged. I will not be returning.
First time here and had an awful experience. Staff were unhelpful and looked very lost while waiting in a queue of more than 5 people. Some where even on their phone and others looked puzzled. Very unprofessional, rude no manners and common sense. Waited 40 minutes for one burger…..
Took my mother to finally try Wendy's as she's from a tiny village. Suffice to say, she was surprised by how much she liked it and I got joy in telling her "I told you so" This location was surprisingly quiet despite visiting during the school holidays which I liked! Parking: There's spots right next to the door. Choice!
17 min wait in drive thru for my cheeseburger. only 2 cars infront of me. the burger was barely luke warm, tasted overpoweringly of mustard and raw onion and the girl didnt say thank you. just shoved the burger in my hand and closed the window. deffinatly get a pie instead!
