Mmm I think I was just there at the wrong time? Looks like they are renovating so did the drive through. We waited for longer than expected but I blame the rain, we went Friday night sooo.. yea I think everyone was worried about different things at the time in my case I was craving the Hershey pie which was delicious with the fresh fries. Just had the meanest whooper burger!! I can actually taste every ingredient on it, which aint always the case with fastfood restaurants. Super friendly and happy looking staff!! Burger King Mangare East is serving it up!!!! Kia Oraa Parking: Heaps
It was empty when we arrived with a couple of cars in the drive thru. Girl that took our order unfortunately had zero customer services skills. No smile, no warmth and kept interrupting - 'was there anything else'! I had to ask her to confirm our order. Our food came out quite quickly which was good and very nice and fresh. One of our dessert was forgotten about so after 15mins of waiting, had to wait another 10mins. Least she can do was bring it to our table instead of calling out to collect itand no apology. Drink machine tastes Luckily we were just passing through as definitely won't be stopping there again.
This burger king is bot good, firstly , i ordered a TRIPLE cheeseburger and they stuffed up by making it only ONE cheeseburger. simply disgusting. also charged me more than the original price. Hopefully the burger king crew sees this and fixes their mistakes do not recommend

Sadly had a bad experience at the drive through using the code through the app for two burgers for the price of one, when I got my meal it was only one and asked the lady and she said it was only for a discount so I brought up the info and the term up to show her for future reference, the lady at the window just said that she didn’t know anything about the app and didn’t try asking any of her co-workers….
Ordered the $23 coupon that comes with two whoppers and two creamy cheeseburgers with small fries and small drink, I asked to have the whoppers with no onions and I got extra onions and almost no lettuce, totally annoyed, service was great, but I repeated myself again at the window NO ONIONS pic below
they're always super quick with their food! Literally within a minute you'll get your food and always so crispy and hot. Fries are so fresh and burgers are super fresh!
Very disappointing today, I ended up walking out. If you want an inviting atmosphere to dine in, don't go here. Served the first customers after they/I patiently waiting but never got served. We had to ask for service, only for them to ask us to wait longer. I like to give these places a couple of chances just to see if it's improved by standards, but sadly, this Burger King in Mangere always disappoints.
Bks mgr needs upgrading...placed in such a good location it deserves an overhaul...staff are efficient in ordering and service..just upgrade will do wonders Food: 3/5
