Always love kumara chips and of course our fave burgers. They used to be huge when we tried them since 2013, still love it. Had another visit to this place tonight, very impressive customer service by the only male staff, kudos, keep it up guys
I forgot this gem existed, busy rainy Sat night the team on that night were very friendly and served us hot crispy chips and perfectly made burgers in about 20mins busy night. Have been back again the following week for dinner again, my personal favourite V8 Vegan
WORSE take out experience in recent memory. We ordered our lunch on line 45-minutes in advance. Arrived to find out that our order was not ready and they required another 5-10 minutes. The reason given was that they had a big order to fill. Understandable I suppose. 20 minutes later, still no order. To exacerbate the frustration, people who walked in and ordered after I arrived, received their food before I did. I was tempted to just cancel our order, but was told another 5- minutes... So over an hour after I made the on-line order we get our food. Once we get home, we discover they short changed us, with the wrong order. We called up immediately, and was told the manager was out and he'd be in contact with us about a refund. Three days later, nothing. I'd like to think this kind of terrible service doesn't happen often. The fact they didn't try to rectify their mistakes pretty much sums up the overall service of this place. Highly recommend you avoid this place.
Couldn't ordered online as the notice mentioned a staff party at the time i wanted it. However, went on site be aware parking can be tricky during the day, as it is share with many other businesses and, really pleasant service. Food was good and tasty, clean looking place, like a burger fuel basically!Food: 4/5
Waited 5 mins at the counter, around 740 pm on 26 Oct 2022, no greeting what so ever, no one was at the counter to take my order. My friends and I just left after waiting, expected better service from a franchise like BF.
The service was great. The lady working at the till was so friendly. The food was spectacular. I would definitely recommend to other people.

First time trying Burger fuel, burger was tasty and fresh, nice hot chips, and great customer serviceFood: 4/5
Chicken fenders were over cooked and really salty. No forks provided with meal, and no Chipotle as per the order. No serviettes. Kumara chips were dry and hard.
Got a couple of Gluten free burgers. Ordered online. Gluten free breads/buns can be pretty hit & miss quality wise and was delighted at Burger Fuels bun option. Delicious.
