Wendy's

I ordered breakfast from this location because I wanted to give them another chance, and I really enjoy Wendy's when craving fast food. This is the second time I've ordered from this particular location and paid for extras I did not receive. It may not seem like a big deal, but to me it demonstrates a lack of attention and care that could be life threatening if you you have allergies for example! I'll be looking at other Wendy's franchise locations for future orders as it is extremely unlikely this one will get a third chance, and I certainly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a restaurant that will provide you the food you've paid them for! Dietary restrictions: Do not order from if you have ANY type of dietary restrictions - they've proven twice now they're only reliability is getting it wrong!!

Great staff! Super easy to work with, and honestly went there extremely late in the day 1:39 AM but the individuals there were very pleasant and helpful! Great food as always we’ve been getting the pretzel chicken lately - the spicy kind and it’s a great meal!

Delicious, fresh hamburgers made to order. Staff hardworking and courteous. Clean facilities. Great place to drop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Ordered regular cheeseburger #1 on the menu.Food: 4/5

Good food and a great price make this a winning combo! Burgers are actually beefy and juicy not flat and dehydrated like a certain ahem franchise. Fries were hot and delicious and not overly salty. I highly recommend!

This is absolutely filthy, no one picks up any garbage, the soda machines are out of so many drinks, washrooms dirty. I really hope they clean a little where they prepare the food.Food: 4/5

The staff is nice, but unfortunately the service is VERY slow, especially for drive through, a lot of the time the debit machine is down and inside looking into the kitchen is often very messy. Never had a problem with the food though, this location has the best salads.

Service is always a bit slower from what it should be, better off walking in to order instead of drive thru. I've ordered from here a lot in 3 years and half the time my order is wrong but good service and the other time my orders are great with okay service. The manager does great with fixing your order & is very kind, just depends on which day & shift your ordering in, always check your food before leaving that's all.

Friendly service despite staff shortage. This location offers vanilla frosty which not all locations have. The drive through could be better lit. I wish you could get aha sparkling water in the drive through. This probably the best Wendy's location on the mountain.Food: 3/5

This morning went here for breakfast cause I have been hearing great things , ordered my food got to the window I got my food and asked for a ghost pepper dip and the window attendant was giving me a long speech about why he needs to charge me an additional.30 cent for the sauce. I just spent over 15 dollars here .. plus I get home open my sandwich and it’s not what is advertised should have had Swiss sauce and instead I had slice cheese. I just wasn’t not happy with my experience here .

I don't know to rate the food but I've made my way here. Late at night get right to the window and was greeted then told to wait a moment which is fine. 5 full minutes later we say hello? And they say hold on a minute. Waited 10 minutes at this window before we just left. I understand a wait sometimes if you're short staffed but we watched 3 cars go to the window and leave before we didn't want to wait anymore. Food could be fine, Wendy's makes a mean burger but the service was terrible. Will update if I ever try this location again.
