Twice now I have ordered through deliveroo and twice Subway have let me down. Rather than taking bookings they have no intention of fulfilling maybe come off food delivery sites. Rather than leaving a customer to wait and then close. And when I rang to query my order they answered and left the phone on the side while they carried on speaking. Absolutely disgusting
Order through just eat. Got the wrong order delivered, tried to call the restaurant to rectify and they answered and left the phone off the hook. Then couldn't get back through to them at all. Waiting for a refund through just eat but doubt I will get my delivery charge back so has cozlst me for not recieving any food. Not the first time we have had issues from here. Absolute shambles. Then got through and manager was very rude and was unwilling to do anything about it after admitting the phone had been left off the hook for 45 mins as they were busy in store. This is not good enough, I did lose my temper with him but he was being extremely rude to me and kept repeating to complain through just eat and made no attempt to apologize to me or rectify in any way. Absolute disappointment to the franchise.
The place was clean and staff were friendly. Seating was available out the front only 2 small tables with 2 seats each. There are a few really good vegan options too.
We went in one evening and just had a thing of there little bits menu we had a tuna and and a steak small squre sandwich. There was a new lady behind the counter and she did very We with our order . Food was really nice perfect size for a snack . Very cheap and the shop was nice and clean would defo use again
Room great, service great, breakfast tasty but very slow service, even to get into the restaurant, would help if your told when the busiest booked times are. But would still stay again, I'm sure they can improve with just one more team member on mornings.
What the hell happened? I used to highly rate this Subway. My salad now comes with less meat than before, absolutely SWIMMING in sauce and missing half he ingredients I asked for. Not to mention my salad was warm? How on earth? I'm sorry but I just can't recommend this place anymore.
Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered on JustEat app, they do not have raspberry cheesecake cookies available - fine. Manager said this would be refunded, I would still have my subway sandwich delivered. 10minutes later a phone call to say my order has been completely cancelled and they will not deliver the sandwich. I have to re order and I advised the same thing would happen. They advised they could not deliver, worker could not communicate at all, unaware of how to use the app. Laughed when I asked to speak to manager and advised he was outside then might be delivering food. I call BS. I have spoken to JustEat and asked them to remove this Subway chain off their app as clearly they are incompetent and have ZERO customer service capabilities. On another note, when I went in with my mother, they were about to use the same gloves used to handle meat for her veggie sandwich which she loudly asked "excuse me, change your gloves please". Advise to avoid at all costs.
Just got a just eat order very nice but this is the second time my extra white chocolate chip macadamia cookie was not with my order try phoning up again no reply yet don't think they will
Today my son called in and bought a sub and a salad, the salad was for me. He ordered the vegan Pattie all salad vegan cheese and vegan garlic sauce when he gets back I have a box of lettuce, on calling I get told that he only asked for salad with further discuss with “Superviser” I am told salad is lettuce unless you specify other bits £4+ for a box of lettuce and a very poor reception from branch when I call. After Asking for the manager was told not there and would not say when he would. Shocked by the hole experience
