Usually love this subway they are fast polite and the food is usually well presented and good quality. But if it isn't and you try and complain you will get shut down and no help will be given to you. Restaurant does not hive receipts which you need to be able to put through complaints on the app.
There is no Customer value,I was waiting on counter nearly 7 minutes. No any single staff has taken my order.Girl comes up front playing with her hair.Very dissatisfied.Manager have to check evening staff.
Have tried subway before from many places,but never got a wonderful taste of sandwich which was made by Teji Today,he is brilliant and nobody can beat the way he makes .Excellent.
I got subway for dinner & seen a Uber receipt on top of my sun when in the process of being made thought that was pretty unhygienic
The subs are often small here so I try to go to other branches. The wraps aren't worth having, mine had nearly nothing on it where is my lettuce? I assumed the staff member couldn't wrap it up with any more in it.
Usually get a six inch, but today got a salad and I loved it,the customer service from the young man was superstar quality, the lady with the tattoos need retraining, as a customer paying your wages, SMILE. Your attitude of "I hate my job" is showing to everyone and it taints the food we are paying for. Smarten up or quit.
Customer service was friendly and warm. The guy making my salad was thoughtful and cut the tomato and cucumber into smaller pieces. You wouldn't believe the world of difference those small touches make.
You know what to expect at subway so I won't go on at length. This location delivers what you would expect but now the offering has changed so that there is no mustard and all the sauces are mayo based. Pretty average stuff but without mustard or oil and vinegar the sandwiches for someone who doesn't like mayo are bland and tired.
I ordered through the App and I notice when I walked in to pick up order the female behind the counter looked really annoyed. People should be grateful to have work and dont understand when a person has an injury they cant do what these people can do . Customers just staring at you. All I walked in for was an order not to be judged. I bet many people in retail have not dealt with a person who has an injury because if they did their attitude would change. And also customers getting annoyed cause I order through an app. Well maybe they should order through an app instead of become hostile and obnoxious and arrogant.
I went to grey street Subway on 30th August around 21:30. I ordered my usual veggie delite sub. It was worst sub of my life. Tasteless. I don't know how they were making it. Totally disappointed. I am huge fan of subway but first time worst taste.
