Simply layout in the classic kiwi sense of an airport - everything is pretty simply to get to. 

Good choice of shops and nourishment - try Best Ugly Bagel for a delicious meal well above the usual airport fair. Then finish with a sweet treat from Louis Sergeant Patisserie.

Security payout has recently been updated making for a pain-free process.

Go here to travel, and enjoy ogling the giant eagles hanging from the ceiling.

Simple layout, good drop off area and good traffic flow. Automatic barrier arms for leaving help keep things swift and there is reasonably priced stores inside. Great hobbit themed decor inside.

Renovations complete.  More open design but felt fewer seats and all seats same. Good food options and shops.

Very organized and clean. A lot of lord of the rings's statues. Loved it.

Well maintained bus stop next to the airport.
Continuous bus service to different parts of city. throughout the day till midnight.
