By far the worst public transport services I have ever experienced in my life so far.. The drivers make mistakes, skip stops, are always late, can't drive properly and the list goes on. The monthly fees are beyond overpriced and the whole system outdated.

People should stop saying "thanks bus driver"... By doing that you're making them think they've actually done a good job.

I accidentally left my bag on the bus which I take full responsibility for but when I tried to retrieve it by calling the bus company 10 minutes later and they were absolutely hopeless at helping me get it back since they don't accept any calls relating to lost property past 4 Pm which I just find utterly ridiculous and the company accepts no other form of communication until 9 Am the next day which was way to late and my bag was stolen. Side note the bus drivers are rarely nice to their passengers.

Horrible public transit system. 
- overpriced
- buses are Never on time
- buses often experience technical issues

Do better Go Wellington. Do better.

Thank you to all the friendly staff (Bob, Rachel and others) and the lovely bus driver(Ray), who went out of their way to help me retrieve my sons backpack last night. Much appreciated. Every person I came in contact with was professional, polite and very helpful.

The amount of misfortune that has come from this service towards me is substantial. Drivers are 50/50, either super nice or the nastiest people you will meet.
