Feb - 2017 - We have our own accommodation on Holiday Houses so understand how important feedback is. The positives of our stay - shower, bed and use of lovely pool – wonderful.  However ..... why is the accommodation called B&B? There was no breakfast offered, no breakfast supplies and minimal facilities to make breakfast. No chopping board, no bowls for mixing or for the microwave. Not even a little jug of milk! Yes we knew there were limited cooking facilities but then don't give the listing this title. The view which was mentioned was completely blocked when sitting on the deck by a lovely lavender hedge which could be trimmed in minutes - so no view unless you stood up! A BBQ was mentioned but was located on Fiona and Sean's front deck! As we know, the devil is in the detail. Welcombe B&B over- promised and under-performed. - Sarah and John

Welcome B&B had an absolutely fantastic view of the entire city, and out towards young nicks head and the rest of poverty bay. We were treated with great service from our host. The pool and spa were great too as we were able to relax by the pool then stare at the stars while soaking in the spa! An amazing experience!
