A group of 10 friends and I (All college students) did a 3 day tour from Ayers rock to Alice Springs. Each of us said we had a fantastic trip! Our guides Annabelle and Susie were amazing and had answers to every question we could think up about the history, environment, and traditions of the area (including pointing out constellations). The walks were enjoyable and we clearly were informed about longer or shorter options that we could take. In regards to food and accommodations. The food was wicked tasty, and there was always plenty of it. One of our group had special dietary restrictions and there was always separate dishes prepared for her and others who had similar diets. Being college kids who all are used to backpacking we found the swags to be adequate. Could they have been cleaner? Sure, but we all were content with them and by no means were they an issue when paired with the sleeping bags we were given too. The washrooms at the sites were all clean and easily within a few minutes walk. Great experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to see Uluru and the surrounding area (King's canyon is the best spot by far but you have to find that out yourself when you go!). Although I do suggest purchasing a fly net along the way, $10 and they make your life way easier.

VERY DISAPPOINTING low value for money and junk food. Don't use this company. What they do is more than unfair. We choose the 3 day Kakadu Litchfield tour upgraded to lodge accommodation paying $680 extra for the two nights. This is plenty of money to expect clean rooms with private bathroom and good food. What we got it was a shame: breakfast from less than $1 per person, leftover from previous day, hardly drinkable water from dirty plastic containers, dirty cutlery stored in dead dirty plastic boxes, using the same table clothes during the whole tour. You can enjoy breathing the exhaust during the whole travel inside their "fantastic" 4WD, one side people are almost frozen the other side is hot. They can't afford a few hundred Dollars for curtains from their profit to provide protection from the sun if needed. The first day accommodation was OK but the second day was below all expectation, whole scrap, no private bathroom against the offer (see the photos). They do saving on everything, customers don't get value for their money. According to my calculation they make $400 profit before taxation per person on three days. If you upgrade to lodge accommodation they make about $700 profit on you per 3 days. Really disgusting comparing with the poor service.

I got my parents all the way from Colombia (more than 24 hours flight) just to do this trip with me The tour guys (Hanna and Chris) very friendly and with excellent customer service The places that we went to visit were amazing and the walks incredible but the camping place was a disaster, very very DIRTY. The campaign side was terrible, very DIRTY and very bad conditions, the plates and the pots were very DIRTY, the packed that we bought said all food included, but did not mentioned that you have to eat the left over from the previous days. The sawgs that mentioned to us were no swags they were a dirty sleeping bag that smell terrible, also the mattresses and the tents were very DIRTY The fact that the tour was economic doesn’t mean that has to be DIRTY! Very very disappointed it If you are planing to go to ULURU don’t waste your money with this company! We have photos to proved what we mentioned above

The reason I give this place a middle vote, is because I think the accommodation could be a little bit more comfortable and airconned, to suit all ages, and mentalities, some people find it hard to go out of their comfort zone and sleep next to others they dont know, and or sleep out in the open. I must give this place high standards for the guides though, all the guides I had, were wonderful and amazing, knowledgeable, fun, caring, friendly, good looking haha.. the food was also good, also the water thing in the middle of the back of the van is not a good thing, its in the way, and is a hazard, and it was sometimes warmed too much because of the heat of the van, and not fresh clean water always... its not much to buy a few 24 packs of bottled water.. really. However seeing some of the NT was amazing, Kakadu and litchfield, beautiful places...

We are both fairly fit 60year olds and did the Red Centre Goanna Dreaming - Starting from Ayers Rock and ending 3 days later at Alice Springs. On the positive side walks were very good and we had a very pleasant enthusiastic guide / driver. The description we were given however misrepresented the trip. The first camp site in Uluru is not out on its own and is noisy. The accommodation in both camp sites is extremely basic, mattresses on bunk beds somewhat stained and we were given very tired linen to make up our bed. The large wash room block at Uluru was a 10 minute walk away. The “signature endless star dining experience “ was kangaroo bolognese pasta served on well worn plastic plates which were actually difficult to see as the table at which we all sat was poorly lit. Tasty but this was definitely not one might have been led to expect from the description. One can not “experience the changing colours of the sunset away from the crowds” in fact as all the large tour busses group in the same place - so why say that? Breakfasts are very basic, lunches prepared by the guests. Washing up hygiene not great. The truck we were in was old noisy and tatty. The air conditioner did not work well. Our guide and driver was up every morning at 4 am, in charge of driving long distances cooking and guiding the long walks. She coped very well but did look tired on the drives at times - surely unsafe? Essentially this trip has a good itinerary and can be a lot of fun but you need to know what you are letting yourself in for. More information about how very basic the facilities are, the experience is more like a communal backpackers camping experience.
