Have just spent 3 days with AAT Kings and found every thing ran like clock work. Our driver Karl was just great. Had lots of knowledge of the area and gave great commentary on points of interest along the way. Well done Karl and thank you for a job done well.

Couldn't have been worse. I booked and payed a tour in Alice Springs with AAT Kings. On the day of the tour, I waited at my hotel to be picked up as it was agreed but nobody showed up. I ended up missing the tour and it was too late for me to book a new one with a different operator. Just a few minutes after the expected pick up time at my hotel, I called the customer support asking for information about the whereabouts of the tour bus. I was told that my reservation got lost and that the bus had already departed and couldn't U-turn to pick me up. In the evening I emailed the customer support to ask for a refund. AAT Kings's reply was that this process can take *several weeks* to be completed. Seriosuly consider whether you are willing to rely on a tour operator that might cancel your tour without notice and struggle to reimburse you. You are going to get better value by giving your money to literally anybody else.
